Welcome to Oztech Business Equipment Pty Ltd. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our IT services and HP laser printer repair services. By accessing this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. Services Provided

Oztech Business Equipment Pty Ltd offers professional IT services which include, but are not limited to, network setup and maintenance, software installations, cyber security solutions, and IT consulting. Additionally, we provide repair services for HP laser printers, covering diagnostics, parts replacement, and routine maintenance.

  1. Payment Terms

All service fees are due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.

  1. Liability and Warranty

Oztech Business Equipment Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any data loss, business interruption, or any other indirect damages resulting from the provided services. Our repair services come with a limited warranty of 30 days on labour and parts replaced. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorised repairs, or inherent defects of the equipment.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and full access to the equipment and systems being serviced. It is recommended to back up all data prior to any service, as we cannot be held responsible for data loss.

  1. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of at least 24 hours. Cancellation of scheduled services without proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oztech Business Equipment Pty Ltd operates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
